CEM Expo
The CEM Expo is a showcase of student projects which showcases different areas in Engineering, Computer Science and Geology.
Each year, there are near 100 projects on display from across the College. K‐12 school groups from around the region are encouraged to attend and vote for the best prototype and process. The efforts of faculty, staff, and students from across the College continue to make this event a premier showcase of technology and innovation.
CEM Expo is an annual showcase of student projects, exhibiting nearly 100 projects in engineering, computer science and geology. From industry-partnered solutions to societal improvements, our students’ works range from the innovative to the extraordinary.
We lead with a vision to inspire future trailblazers in engineering, computer science, and geology. During the event, K‐12 school groups from around the region are encouraged to attend and vote for the best prototype and process.

Virtual Expo
Can’t make it in person? Explore our Virtual Expo, where you can watch 3-5 minute presentations highlighting student projects. Once you’ve finished viewing the participant videos, vote for your favorite. Winning projects will receive scholarships!
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on levels 4 and 5 of the parking ramp. The ramp
is located east of the Memorial Union, at the intersection of University Avenue and
Columbia Road.
