About SEECS
The School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (SEECS) was formed in 2017 from the Department of Computer Science and the Department of Electrical Engineering. The merger of these two units recognizes the wealth of interdisciplinary opportunities for collaborative teaching and research between these closely related fields.
SEECS is also a significant contributor to the Biomedical Engineering program (M.S., Ph.D.), and actively collaborates with units in the College of Engineering & Mines and across campus.
