Our mission is to provide scientific insights, promote collaborative partnerships, and develop practical solutions to address water challenges facing communities, ecosystems, and economies. Through leading-edge research, education, and outreach, we strive to enhance water quality, ensure equitable access, and foster resilience against water scarcity and climate impacts for current and future generations.
Goals & Objectives
Conduct Innovative Research
Advance scientific knowledge and technology related to water resources globally, focusing on sustainable practices, conservation.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
Development partnerships with Federal, State, and Tribal government agencies, academic institutions, non-profits, and local communities.
Enhance Education and Outreach
Provide educational programs and resources to raise awareness about water issues, engage stakeholders, and foster a culture of water stewardship.
Engage in Policy Advocacy and Development
Advocate for evidence based water policy that promotes sustainability, equity, and environmental protection at local, Tribal, State, Federal and globally.
Water Quality and Accessibility
Implement research and initiatives aimed at improving water quality and ensuring equitable access to safe drinking water for all communities.
Climate Resilience
Investigate the impacts of climate change on water resources and develop adaptive strategies to enhance community resilience.
