Experience Engineering
Experience Engineering is a week-long, residential camp that exposes students to interactive and hands-on activities across the disciplines in SEM. Designed for high-school aged students, the camp includes activities like metal casting, fabrication of composites, computer-aided bridge design, water quality analysis and robotic design.
Young Scientists and Engineers Academy (YSEA)
The Young Scientists and Engineers Academy is a week-long day camp for students in grades 1-8. Participants are split into two half-day sessions, the morning for grades 5-8 and the afternoon for grades 1-4, and take part in activities related to topics like astronomy and the solar system, blood and the immune system, wind power, and computer animation.
MATLAB Mathematics & Engineering (MAT-ME)
MAT-ME is an intense, week-long exploration of the power of MATLAB. Students work with faculty from the Electrical Engineering Department to unlock the potential of MATLAB for both problem solving and control applications.
