Outreach at the School of Engineering and Mines
At UND, we recognize that some of the most inspiring educational experiences happen outside of the
classroom. We are committed to using our expertise and resources to inspire the next generation of
scientists and engineers through hands-on activities across the spectrum of engineering disciplines. For more information about specific outreach activities, see the links to the left or contact Cheryl Osowski, Outreach Coordinator for the School of Engineering and Mines.

Volunteer Engineering StudenTS (VESTS)
VESTS comprises students from all engineering disciplines who want to make a difference by contributing to outreach activities for K-12 students. VESTS members participate in events ranging from potential student tours to the FIRST LEGO tournament to visits at regional high schools.
Are you a current SEM student that wants to share your expertise and enthusiasm with tomorrows scientists and engineers? If so, please complete the VESTS application and return it to Cheryl in 100B Harrington Hall.
