Dustin McNally is the Student Success, Experience, and Outreach Champion for the College of Engineering and Mines, as well as a faculty member in Mechanical Engineering. Dustin is dedicated to supporting and enhancing activities to promote science and engineering education at all levels.

Gwen Klawon is the Outreach Recruiting and Retention Specialist at UND College of Engineering and Mines. She is committed to inspiring K-12 through STEM activities and keeping kids interested in Engineering. Ms. Klawon is the Director for FIRST LEGO League State Tournament for North Dakota, Engineering being the North Dakota State Partner. She has been with the University of North Dakota for 19 years. Her initiative is to increase female enrollment in engineering through outreach activities and scholarship opportunities.
